14.00 VÀGAR and CINE – a walk and talk to explore the archaeological past of the medieval fishing town of Vágar with an insight into the newest AR technology to make the historic site visible. Meeting point: Museum Entrance
15.00 GALLERI ESPOLIN TOUR with Malin Overholt with special focus on works in the Espolin Johnson-collection that focus on the legacy of skrei fishing in Lofoten. Meet at Galleri Espolin
15.00 FEEDING the seals and otters at the Aquarium
SKREI DINNER AT ARBEIDERN, 19.00
A special culinary treat to explore the international cuisine around skrei prepared by an Italian chef, by a Portuguese and a chef from Røst.
Dinner is served in small tasting sessions accompanied by a musical taster of the Querini Opera and a performance by the artist Héctor Zamora.

12.00 LOFOTEN AQUARIUM CELEBRATION – a ceremony that includes feeding our famous otters Ottar and Gunn with a special culinary celebration to mark the 30 anniversary.
