Arctic Cod – food, identity and politics
Residency Dates: Summer – October 2019, a total of 7 weeks
Location: Nyvågar, Lofoten, Norway
Deadline: 20 May 2019
With this call, we are specifically looking to initiate a collaboration with a creative practitioner/s (artist, designer, chef, architect and other), whose primary practice explores the nature of food and its relation to political, social, economic and environmental contexts. The residency aims to highlight the relevance of salted and dried cod as a natural resource and valuable foodstuff for the future.
