2 cod pieces
For bechamel sauce:
6 tbsp flour
1 l milk
Start by preparing the bechamel sauce, adding the ingredients. Bring to a low heat until thickened.
Then, boil the cod and shred it. Make a sauté with onion and garlic and add the shredded cod. Season with ground pepper and, finally, add the vegetables.
Prepare the lasagna sheets and on a tray, lay the cod mixture, the bechamel sauce, cheese and then the pasta sheets. Repeat until the last layer of cheese.
Place in the oven to brown.
