A special recipe reported in 1834 by Vincenzo Agnoletti, an Italian chef, and collected in Fabris Otello’s book I Misteri del Ragno.
• Dried Cod
1)Melt a big piece of butter in a saucepan.
2)Add a little bit of chopped onion and when it is cooked add some flavour and milk.
3)Make to reduce the sauce.
4) Arrange over the dried cod and flavour it with parsley, spices and salt.
