Bacalhau gratinado


350 g cod (loin)
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 dl olive oil
2 tbsp of flour
1 red pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Chilli pepper
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 potatoes
White wine
Cherry tomato


Start by soaking the cod well enough. Drain it, pass through flour and fry it in olive oil. Put aside the cod and in the same oil used for frying, place the chopped onion, garlic, bay leaf, salt, chilli pepper, nutmeg, tomato sauce and drizzle with white wine. Once it´s done cook the cod loin in the oven to brown. Then garnish with the mayonnaise and finely sliced ​​pickles and serve with sliced ​​fries and tomatoes to taste.
